I have been a California real estate licensee since 1976 and a broker since 1980. Over the years I have worked as a salesperson, office manager, broker of record and owned a national real estate franchise territory. I am currently doing business on my own as Pete Saxon Realty.

My business philosophy is that assisting people in purchasing or selling residential real estate is about the client – not the agent. Many of today’s real estate agents are caught up in who is the top producer and their own personal marketing campaigns. They have lost track of the needs and goals of their clients. My focus is on the needs of my clients and helping them accomplish their real estate goals.
